This project in Queen Anne started as a two story 1960's home that had never been updated.
We tore it down all the way to the basement foundation, and built it up to create a three story Northwest
contemporary home. Extensive use of wood and organic materials and colors gives this home warmth and vitality.
There are views for miles from all three levels, sweeping along the ship canal eastward, to Gasworks Park,
Husky Stadium, and Bellevue in the distance — all framed by the snow-capped Cascade Mountains. The second
floor offers additional views to the west of the spectacular Olympic Mountain Range. Environmentally-friendly
building choices throughout include: Low VOC interior paint, bamboo flooring, radiant heat, Paperstone countertops, and more.

"Having Bridges Construction build my home was a fantastic
experience! The house speaks for itself when it comes to innovative
design, quality construction and detailed finishes. I was
most impressed by the honesty, integrity, and quality of character
that both Matt and Sharon demonstrated through every step of the
process. I most strongly recommend BCI to anyone considering either a
new construction or a remodel project."
